Ex-head of Christian Brothers Edmund Garvey IS Pulling Out Of Proceedings
The former leader of the Christian Brothers has decided not to proceed with a High Court action against Louth County Council and the Borough District of Drogheda. Brother Edmund Garvey initiated judicial review proceedings on Monday, but in a statement this morning [Wednesday 29 November 2023] he said that the decision not to proceed is now being communicated to the court.
